Kamai Music seventh Ep comes from the talented Argentinian duo Kermesse. It contains 3 original tracks that combine a warm sounding groove with trippy synthesizer lines. The main track of the Ep is called ‘Esperanza’ (hope in Spanish) and stands out through a trippy and melancholic synthesizer line combined with a refreshing mid tempo groove. A2 ‘Utopia’ feels like a journey through the desert on a camels back on acid. A warm repetitive and uplifting soundscape that opens in the heart of the track. The ride continues with B1 ‘Iguazú’. Argentinian sounding melodic patterns that melt together with an endless seeming groove, little guitar riffs blend into the picture to make to round it up. Elfenberg give an excellent example for their recent success with a stunning remix of ‘Esperanza’.
